Google analytics training
Brief and objectives
The Wales Air Ambulance wanted to maximise the efficiency of its website to increase donations, enhance its reputation, attract more relevant visitors, and increase engagement with its community.
The air ambulance asked Outwrite to provide training to its in-house PR and marketing team.
Outwrite took time fully to understand what the Wales Air Ambulance wanted to achieve. We then put together a tailored workshop to deliver against those objectives.
We conducted a full website review which we used as the foundation for a half-day SEO training course.
All relevant areas of Google Analytics were discussed to highlight the information it provides, as well as how to interpret the data to achieve online goals. Wales Air Ambulance’s own Google Analytics were used as a live case study, helping to make the session more relevant and tailored for the charity.
Outwrite received the following testimonial shortly after the training.
“I just wanted to drop you an email to say thank you for the SEO training you guys provided last week. The session was delivered in both a friendly and professional manner, and really helped us get our heads around such a technical subject.
“There was a lot to cover in a few hours but it was broken down into manageable sections. It was not only a useful introduction, but also personalised to Wales Air Ambulance’s needs and how we can implement what we learned on the course. It was clear that the trainer had done a lot of research on the air ambulance and what would work for us, which was brilliant.
“The training will go a long way for us here at the charity in improving our online presence, our identity and ultimately public support and donations.”
