She started her career in the textiles industry before joining a national finance company. She worked her way up to assistant branch manager, winning various employee of the month awards along the way. Stacey also mentored budding managers in the company and holds an Institute in Leadership Management (ILM) qualification.
During her seven years at the firm, she also sat on a panel to provide feedback on the department’s internal communications publication.
In her spare time Stacey likes to attend music concerts, travel, and host dinner parties.
Tom Norris
News and content manager
Originally from Nottingham, Tom grew up in North Wales before going on to study a journalism degree at Leeds University.
After graduating, Tom joined the Leader newspaper sports desk, starting as junior sports writer before progressing to deputy sports editor during his near 13-year tenure.
He covered everything from on-field matters to off-field politics including takeovers, the hiring and firing of staff, AGMs, and human interest features from foundations being created to charitable work throughout the community.
Tom then moved into the world of marketing before joining Outwrite in December 2021 as an account executive.
Away from the office, Tom enjoys attending music and comedy gigs, as well as playing football and cricket.

Outside of work, Alexia likes to stay busy and is always travelling up and down the country to see friends as well as trying out all of the local bars and pubs.

Originally from Broughton and now living on her husband’s family farm near the village of Llanarmon Yn Ial, Jill will be your first point of contact when you call or email us.
She has a background in finance, having worked at a national bank for more than 20 years. Her roles included leading a customer services team and as PA to senior directors of the organisation, a role in which she managed two executive assistants to provide day to day support and more technical support with issues such as managing risk and maintaining business continuity.
