Press release issued:

A North Wales-based digital PR agency will help develop the next generation of graduate talent at Glyndwr University.

Outwrite’s managing director Tracy North and head of digital Anthony Bullick will deliver sessions as part of Glyndwr’s Creative Futures event.

The annual event takes students off their usual timetable to explore and network with industry professionals through a series of talks and workshops.

Tracy and Anthony will use their experiences to give the students an insight into entrepreneurship, employability and professional development.

The first of two Outwrite sessions will be delivered by Tracy, who will discuss media relations and PR. Tracy is a former journalist and founded Outwrite in 1994.

Anthony, a CIPR accredited practitioner and Daily Post columnist, will then take an afternoon session on becoming a brand journalist and how businesses can use their own channels to communicate directly with their audiences.

Tracy said: ‘We’re looking forward to the Creative Futures event at Glyndwr University.

“These events give us a chance to meet students interested in our industry, and give them tips and advice to help them succeed.”

Creative Futures 2016 takes place from February 29 to March 3. Tracy and Anthony’s talks will be held on March 3, at 11:30am and 1:30pm respectively.

The sessions follow on from a talk given by Tracy to students at the University of Chester earlier this month.

Outwrite’s clients include the Wales Air Ambulance, Wynne Construction, Jackson Fire & Security, and engineering, planning and environmental specialists Caulmert.

The PR agency specialises in PR, social media and SEO (search engine optimisation).
