Outwrite’s head of digital narrowly missed out on winning a prestigious PR award.
Anthony Bullick was shortlisted for the Young Professional of the Year for the North, Scotland, and Northern Ireland region, at the annual PRmoment.com awards.
And although he missed out on winning the award, which recognises individuals under 30 for their commitment, excellence and work in the PR and communications industry, judges noted that there was just two points between the winner and the rest of the shortlist.
Anthony, who is one of just 41 CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations) accredited practitioners in Wales, said: “Just being shortlisted for the award was fantastic and it’s always rewarding to have your work recognised.
“Being shortlisted also reflects the strength of the entire team at Outwrite, which has supported me as my role and responsibilities have grown.”
Anthony joined Outwrite in 2012 and has progressed quickly through the ranks from a junior role to head of digital. He is a monthly columnist in the Daily Post and regularly holds digital PR workshops across Wales and Cheshire.
Outwrite’s managing director Tracy North said: “I’m not surprised that Anthony made the shortlist for this award. Since joining Outwrite he has displayed an excellent work ethic and I regularly receive unsolicited emails from clients praising his work.
“I look forward to Anthony continuing to play an important role in Outwrite in the coming months and years.”
