Leading professional services firms in Cheshire and North Wales were given an integrated PR masterclass at a Law Society event.

North Wales-based digital PR agency Outwrite PR delivered an hour’s seminar at the Cheshire and North Wales Law Society event.

The seminar, held at Chester’s University of Law, focused on how Outwrite fuses traditional media relations with digital PR and social media and advanced SEO (search engine optimisation) techniques to boost results and return on investment.

Outwrite’s digital director Anthony Bullick and head of search marketing Derek Booth led the seminar.

Anthony and Derek showed attendees how integrated PR looks in practice with an award-winning campaign carried out on behalf of Jackson Fire & Security.

The campaign won best integrated campaign at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Cymru Wales Awards and was shortlisted for three others across the UK.

Firms at the presentation included Allington Hughes Law, and Emmerson Accountancy.

Paul Emmerson, director of specialists in the optical sector Emmerson Accountancy said: “The presentation was a brilliant insight into integrated PR and marketing.

“The professional services industry is advancing all the time, and thanks to Anthony and Derek I have a better understanding of how PR and SEO can work together.”
