Demand from businesses for high-quality digital PR and marketing advice has seen another two dates added to a programme of free PR workshops delivered by Outwrite – including a first in South Wales.
Extra workshops, which are held on behalf of Business Wales, have been added in Caerphilly and Bala.
Outwrite’s lead digital trainer Anthony Bullick, who is also a columnist for the Daily Post, has been delivering interactive workshops in Bangor, St Asaph, Mold and Wrexham throughout September and October.
The seminars tell attendees how to increase their company’s profile off- and online. Topics include how to draft and issue press releases, and integrate social media into the PR activity.
Anthony will also share advice from his time spent writing for the Nottingham Evening Post, operating as a social media journalist at the Rugby League World Cup and his role at Mold-based Outwrite.
Anthony said: “The workshops are for businesses looking to showcase their successes, reach new customers and improve their bottom line.
“One of the biggest factors for a buyer during the decision-making process is the level of trust they have towards a particular brand. A business’ reputation is enhanced with an effective PR strategy.
“The seminars explain all the steps needed to create and implement a PR plan spanning off- and online media.”
The free seminars, which form part of Business Wales’ business support programme, will take place in:
Bala: Wednesday November 5 at Canolfan Henblas 9.30am to 12.30pm
Caerphilly: Tuesday November 18 at the Welsh ICE, 9am to noon
