Outwrite’s managing director Tracy North has been chosen to share her expertise with North Wales businesses at Conwy Business Week.

Tracy’s workshop will include insight on key aspects of marketing and PR including how to identify news within your organisation, write an effective press release and maximise chances of earning coverage as editorial.

She will also discuss the importance of integrating social media and SEO with your PR to enhance and maintain your reputation effectively.

Tracy, who founded Outwrite in 1994, has seen the digital PR agency grow into one of the region’s most successful PR firms. She was appointed Chair of CBI North Wales in August.

She said: “It’s a pleasure to have been asked to speak at Conwy Business Week, which is a fantastic opportunity for local business people to meet old and new clients.

“I hope to highlight how important PR and marketing is for modern-day business success, and provide tips and advice on how organisations can carry out their own activity to build their reputation and increase sales.”

Event organiser Robert Evans said: “We are set for an exciting, vibrant week. The week is aimed at providing support to our local businesses.

“It will allow us to showcase the county and the businesses who operate here.

“We believe our mission statement for the week carries our ethos for the whole week and beyond: Where businesses meet, connections are made and advice is shared”.

The business week starts on Monday 16 November. Tracy’s workshop is on Thursday 19 November at 11am at Llandudno Bay Hotel.
