Outwrite PR managing director Anthony Bullick spotlighted both the strengths and future opportunities for organisations operating across North Wales in a leading Welsh business publication.

In April/ May’s instalment of Wales Business Insider magazine, the Chartered PR practitioner contributed to a feature focusing on organisations and schemes operating within the north of the country.

As part of the discussion, he shared his views on why the location is becoming an increasingly attractive proposition while highlighting the importance of stronger communication to ensure its success stories are being heard.

The region is expected to benefit significantly from advances in artificial intelligence (AI), renewable energy, and nuclear power over the next decade, with former First Minister Eluned Morgan describing it as one of the UK’s most important economic areas.

Developments, including the Flintshire and Wrexham Investment Zone and large-scale nuclear project at Wylfa are set to drive economic growth and create new opportunities.

While North Wales is home to a wide range of innovative businesses, Anthony highlighted the importance of storytelling in communicating the game-changing work taking place.

He said: “I don’t think the story is communicated as well as it should be.

“I would like to see and hear from the hidden gems creating life-changing and world-leading impact from here. Their stories will inspire further investment and a desire to stay, live, and work in the region.

“North Wales is in an incredibly exciting position right now, it has the ability to cater to a variety of needs, making it an attractive proposition to retain and bring people and organisations to the area.

“The cliché that the region is dominated by agriculture, tourism, and rural living is slowly fading, with thriving businesses and innovative schemes delivering exciting projects across the A55.”
