An award-winning PR agency is celebrating the internal promotions of two key members of staff.

These changes have seen Tom Norris move up to senior account executive, with Jill Lloyd becoming office manager at Mold-based Outwrite PR.

Tom joined Outwrite in December 2021 after almost 13 years as a journalist, while Jill came through the door in 2017, initially on a 10-month maternity cover contract, before quickly becoming a key part of the fabric at Outwrite by supporting the team in its day-to-day business.

Tom said: “It’s been a thoroughly enjoyable 10 months at Outwrite. The time has flown by with fresh challenges around every corner.

“It’s a wonderful time to be at the agency, which continues to grow, both in terms of clients and staff.

“I’m looking forward to developing my skillset further and taking the next step on the PR career ladder.”

On her promotion, Jill said: “The company is a fantastic one to be a part of, and there’s never a dull moment with lots of hard work going on to ensure we provide the best possible service to our clients.

“To be recognised for my contribution to such a professional team is hugely appreciated and I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds for Outwrite.”

Outwrite PR managing director, Anthony, said: “Promotion from within is always our preferred option and both Tom and Jill are important members of the group.

“Tom has hit the ground running since starting with the agency, whilst Jill is a cornerstone of the environment and culture at Outwrite.

“I’m relishing the opportunity to watch and support them as they tackle the extra responsibility, and I am confident they will thrive in their new roles.”

Outwrite’s clients include construction firm Wynne ConstructionJones Bros Civil Engineering UK, Warrington-based Watsons Solicitors, and mechanical and electrical (M+E) contractor Ash Integrated Services.

The agency specialises in integrated PRcrisis PR and online reputation management.
