Ffion Clwyd Edwards is an associate at Outwrite. The fluent Welsh speaker provides our Welsh language content and works with us on bilingual media campaigns.
Ffion, 36, has in the past worked as Press and PR Officer for both North Wales Police and NFU Cymru (National Farmers’ Union).
In 2005, she established her own bilingual press and PR business. Current clients include Gwynedd County Council, Cymdeithas Tai Clwyd housing association, Vale of Clwyd Youth Theatre and the youth movement of Wales, Urdd Gobaith Cymru.
As if her PR work isn’t enough, Ffion can often be found lambing, collecting eggs, or feeding calves at Llwyn Tywysog farm in Groes, near Denbigh.
Ffion lives on the farm with her husband, Rhodri, and two sons Tomos, eight, and six-year-old Brychan.
A keen singer and performer since the age of three, Ffion assisted in establishing an all female Vale of Clwyd choir called Côr Lleisiau’r Nant back in 2008.
The choir came second in its category at this year’s National Eisteddfod of Wales in Wrexham, while Ffion won the solo recitation for the third time.
