Anthony Bullick hosted a 90-minute masterclass for SMEs at the 2014 Conwy Valley Business Bootcamp at Glasdir, Llanrwst.
The presentation and Q&A session offered practical advice and discussion on understanding how search engines work, how to maximise chances of getting on the first page of Google, and how to increase engagement.
Anthony also demonstrated why SEO should not be carried out in isolation, with an integrated marketing campaign providing better results for your business. He revealed how to make the most of your web content, while also tying together PR, social media and brand building strategies.
He said: “A brand’s reputation is built, enhanced and protected more effectively if all marketing tools, both off- and online, work together in harmony.
“For example, an SEO campaign will prosper if run in partnership with PR activity, with the latter supplying creative and engaging content, as well as attracting natural and organic links from external websites.
“It’s not easy for SMEs to stay on top of the latest industry changes. That’s why workshops such as these and regular digital training sessions are vital for businesses to stay ahead of their competitors.”
Anthony’s workshop formed part of a four-day Business Bootcamp held at the Glasdir business and conference centre in Llanrwst. The event equipped attendees with a range of skills and ideas to help grow their businesses.
