A digital PR agency’s social media and podcasting expertise was recognised at a prestigious industry awards.
North Wales-based Outwrite PR was shortlisted for best sport campaign at the CIPR North West PRide Awards.
Its campaign Fly, Eagles, Fly, was carried out on behalf of the British Eagles, a UK-based fan group of the Philadelphia Eagles, one of the 32 American football franchises playing in the NFL.
Fly, Eagles, Fly, successfully raised the profile of the British Eagles, as well as positioned the brand to introduce paid membership.
The campaign increased website views ten-fold and improved social media and podcast audience statistics.
Outwrite also managed to secure a live interview on Fox 29 Philadelphia TV with the British Eagles founder and were the only brand granted behind-the-scenes access to the official pep rally when the Eagles played in London.
The CIPR PRide awards, which reward excellence across industry campaigns and exceptional talent, were held in Manchester.
