Outwrite PR managing director Anthony Bullick has been selected to chair this year’s Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Cymru conference.
The event, taking place in Wrexham at the Ramada Hotel on 17 June, is centred around ‘a sense of place’, with PR and comms professionals from across Wales invited.
Attendees can expect to hear from a range of expert guest speakers spotlighting how place shapes communication from destination and brand marketing to public affairs.
Anthony, a chartered practitioner, has helped shape the PR landscape in Wales, utilising his strategic approach to storytelling to advise organisations on topics such as stakeholder engagement and environmental, social, and governance (ESG).
In addition, the managing director was recently inducted into the CIPR Hall of Fame, an honour celebrating his contribution to Wales’ PR and marketing sector.
He commented: “With this being the first CIPR Cymru conference to be hosted in the north, I am incredibly excited to attend and be a part of the event.
“North Wales is an incredibly attractive proposition, with so many success stories and thriving businesses in the region, and it’s great for us to get this opportunity to welcome this year’s conference.
“It’s a fantastic opportunity for PR and comms professionals to come together, share ideas, and gain insights into the latest topics changing the industry.
“With this year’s focus on ‘a sense of place’, there is not a more fitting location than the new and thriving city of Wrexham.”
