Outwrite PR is hosting an exclusive insight session to unpack the inner workings of artificial intelligence (AI) on brand reputation.
The talk will cover a range of key topics including how the likes of ChatGPT and AI Overviews in Google search influence the way people discover and perceive organisations.
Attendees will also be empowered to take practical steps toward mitigating the risk of false or outdated information affecting how their companies are represented by AI through a series of reflective exercises.
A live demonstration and analysis of software in action will also take place to help showcase the role online content plays in curating a positive, credible image.
The seminar will be held on Tuesday 23 June at Theatr Clwyd, Mold, between 9am and 11:30am with light refreshments provided.
With Outwrite holding a Theatr Clwyd silver business membership, the event is available for fellow members who also support the theatre and its community initiatives.
The PR and comms agency is seeking to run a second session open to non-theatre members in the future.
Anthony Bullick, managing director of Outwrite PR, said: “One of the activities we discussed during signing-up with the theatre was the opportunity to host an event for other corporate members, so we’re thrilled to get this in the diary.
“With AI increasingly evident across the digital landscape, getting to grips with how it influences stakeholders’ thoughts and opinions is vital for every business.
“By examining its real-world impact on clients, hires, and investors, I hope attendees will have a better understanding of its importance and what steps they can take to help shape conversations around their brand.”
