Mold Business Forum is being revitalised and re-launched to represent the interests of large and small businesses specifically in Mold.
A relaunch event will take place at the NWN Media offices, base of the Evening Leader newspaper, Wrexham Rd, Mold, on Wednesday 1 July from 6-8pm.
Businesses in Mold that join the forum at the event will also be entitled to reduced price membership of the North Wales Chamber of Commerce.
The revamped forum has planned a programme of events including networking sessions, talks by successful local entrepreneurs and seminars by experts in business matters such as online business fraud.
Members will also benefit from links with other business organisations such as the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and the Institute of Directors (IoD).
Mold Business Forum chairman, Martin Jones, of Vaughan Davies Menswear, said business owners or their representatives would be welcome to the launch event.
Martin said: “This relaunch is good news for Mold.  For the first time, all businesses in the town will have a single voice, which can be useful when dealing with government bodies or lobbying for better business facilities.  The new-look forum is for businesses of all sizes in all sectors.”
Annual membership of Mold Business Forum starts at £80.
Relaunch committee members include representatives from Careers Wales, Reynolds Geoscience, Barclays Bank, Mold Town Centre Manager, Dave Hill, and Outwrite Public Relations.
